In a Project Facilitator (PF) role the PF (School Solutions Associates) acts as the Owner's principal agent to advise on or manage the process from project conception to project completion. The PF assumes the position of professional advisor or extension of staff to the Owner. The PF is in a position to offer advice unencumbered by any interests other than those of the owner and the projects.
